I am beginning to think JW'S lawyer is the leaker of evidence that will eventually come out anyways.Always does. The state has nothing to gain at this point of a new investigation by releasing any info before making a decision, but it appears his lawyers does.

After every leak of info his lawyers comes blasting the information trying to win public opinion over the national scene as I am sure he is winning no matter what in the hometown.

And why in the world did the police redact the whole police report,when all they had to do was black out the victim's name.At that point from what I have gathered winston was not the known suspect. OR MAYBE HE WAS
The "acting" police chief said some things in the report was not factual in what was released as being factual...could it be when the TPD said she was drunk,when toxicology results said she was not.The height of the criminal might have changed like some were whispering  from 5'9" -5"11" to maybe being over 6'.

From what I also understand is that the address was listed in the original report,but redacted...why?
