Beware the Badger they can deliver a nasty bite

During the season they beat Ohio State on the road 63-60 and later lost to the Buckeyes 52-58

Crushed BYU 73-56, an NCAA feed in team.

They went down to the wire against #1 seed North Carolina on the road before succumbing 57-60.

Wisconsin handled Purdue 67-62 on the road

They whipped bubble team Northwestern 77-57

The Badgers took down Indiana 57-50

Later in the Big 10 tournament they once again took down the Hoosier's 79-71

Michigan State another #1 seed had to go overtime to beat the Badgers 60-63

They played Marquette tough before falling 54-61.

In the tournament they trounced Montana 73-49

Took down Vandy 60-57, a team that just beat the #1 team in the country Kentucky for the SEC championship.

The one aberration on their schedule was a 41-59 loss to Michigan in Ann Arbor

Wisconsin will give us all we can handle. In a game like this every possession will be extremely important as will defensive rebounding. We have to limit them to one and done's.

This is a game where I see no reason they should get any open looks from beyond the arc. We know thats THE ONLY way they can beat us. They cant beat us by scoring two point shots. The three ball is their equalizer. Extend the zone and let Rak man up on Berggennmeyyerr or w/ever his name is.

We cannot afford a slow start, that is for damn sure. We need to come out where we left off in Pittsburgh and get out to a good lead early. Protect the ball, no empty possessions, hold them to one and done. Contest the three. If we can do those things, we'll have a real good shot.

Wiscy is a damn good team and exactly why I picked them to beat Vandy and face Syracuse in my bracket.
