Brought in OC Weist to do offensive play calls. Kept Deleone as offensive line coach. Rumors that Weist isn't making the calls but Deleone is. Same thing happened at SU when Rogers was OC.

Couldn't agree more with both of you guys, he's a terrible head coach these days. He is actually getting worse over time and not adapting at all.

It's college. Part of his job description is to RECRUIT players! He doesn't get a "pass" for having bad players

His recruiting tailed off mightily in his last few years here. It should be no surprise that he hasn't been able to relight the recruiting success he experienced 20 years ago at SU. After all, it was 20 years ago when he last had success recruiting.
