Penn State loses or looks bad winning
All ACC teams win even Florida State
All Sec teams lose or look bad winning.
Big Ten teams look bad and play “Woody Hayes” like.
PAC Ten teams lose unless playing Sec teams.
Whatever team is coached by anybody named “Jimbo” loses.
