Years ago Kentucky bigman Randolph Morris went into the draft and wasn't picked he was allowed back to Kentucky after proving to the NCAA he didn't sign with an agent. It is hard to get kids not sign with agents who are vultures and few thousand dollars is a lot of money to these kids. The NCAA blows and doesn't give a crap about athletes.
