The top four remain in this week’s Media Poll, as No. 1 Maryland leads the way into mid-April play and is followed by former ACC foes in No. 2 North Carolina, No. 3 Duke and No. 4 Boston College. For the first time in program history, No. 5 Stony Brook enters the top five and is followed by No. 6 Virginia, No. 7 Northwestern, No. 8 Florida, No. 9 Syracuse and No. 10 Penn to round out the top ten.
With some shifts in the latter half of the Media Poll, No. 11 Notre Dame continues its climb, as No. 15 Loyola and No. 18 Johns Hopkins do, as well.
