Good for him
Great interview. It sounds like SU is doing the rights things preparing for games. He’s coming from an SEC team, so he’s used to playing against the best. I feel this is a Dino’s best staff since he’s been here. They are definitely being coached up.
Until I see him pull the offending players out of the game his words are just vibrations in air.Love that babers is harping on penalties. Bout time
Unless it’s an egregious dead ball PF, nobody gets benched, let alone pulled from a game for a five yard penalty.Until I see him pull the offending players out of the game his words are just vibrations in air.
Wes Hoeh commited at least one penalty in darn near every game last year. Nothing changed because there was no accountability. Some people are able to self correct, others need some help from the coaches. A brief pull from the game to talk to the player is far from silly unless you have no clue how to handle people. Sometimes they need a kick in the pants other times it’s a pep talk. Good coaches know how to pull the strings.Unless it’s an egregious dead ball PF, nobody gets benched, let alone pulled from a game for a five yard penalty.
Silly
Yeah, yanking a guy is going to have more of an effect than talking to them after a possession or in film review or the next week’s practice.Wes Hoeh commited at least one penalty in darn near every game last year.
