There are 120 teams competing in Div I football this season.  Each of those teams comprises approx 75-85 scholarships, or 9,000 - 10,200 total student athletes playing Div I football.  Of these players, I estimate approx 230 players are drafted in every NFL draft.  So out of that population, a maximum total of players that could be drafted would be 1,150 (230 x 5, assuming everyone redshirts a year).  Now, if you put together a team in the NFL consisting of just the top 55 players, the chances of them coming from one team are remote.  I'd also be hard pressed to believe any one of us would bet the spread on such a competitive game because we all know that the majority of players 15-55 are going to need time to develop. Based on all this, I would put the point spread on just this pool of players, draft picks 1-55, at Jac -17. 
 
Now take the info above and remember that the most draft picks in the first round from one university in a 4 year span was 19 from The U and the most in 1 year was 7, also from The U.  Info not available for most in 5 years.  So there is no way that the depth provided by one team would be able to, while in it's physical maturation process, sustain a game against an NFL team. 
 
I would legitimately put the spread at or around Jac -24 vs. Alabama in its current form, giving Bama a little bit of credit for their ability to work together as a team.  But otherwise, there is no way this team could hang with the Jaguars..
