Mission accomplished--we went on the road and played from ahead from just about the jump in an absolute must-win type of game.
Long got a start under his belt, got a taste of a life on the road, and got some much needed game reps.
Most importantly, he didn't regress--he gave us a second consecutive solid performance.
We're positioned well for the back stretch. Hate to say it, but I expected to be 3-5 at this point. The question is, can we win 3 out of the remaining 5? With a competent Long at the helm, anything is possible, IMO.
