The demise of the Big East has been greatly exaggerated. While weak at the bottom, there are some very strong teams at the top; Syracuse, Lville, Marquette, UConn, Georgetown and Pitt (but I think they might be a little shaky this year).

Big East will get 6 or 7 teams in the Dance this year.

Wisky is a fball school and I wonder if a lot of their loyal fans weren't at the game tonight due to the fball game.

Regardless, Marq could come to the Dome as an undefeated team. And we could be undefeated...and the students will be on break.

I think they could be our first loss unless we figure out how to feed the post. Wisky seems over-rated...they live and die by the 3.

I say that every year, but they always manage to compile a gaudy record, rack up impressive wins and do fairly well in the tourney.
Kind of like Pitt (except for the tourney part)—ugly but successful.

I don't think wisconsin is overrated, UNC is a top 4 team and Marquette is one of the second tier teams after the top 4

They are a little over-rated but not much. Bo runs a solid program and he does it without the type of talent that JB recruits. I have huge respect for Ryan. His Badgers are some sort of factor most years in the B10

That said, his teams are generally long on D and short on O. They struggle if the opponent can put some points up.
