It looks like they ganged up on UF and FSU but evidently it was easier to get the information under Florida law. They are suing to get information from Notre Dame and Michigan State! Auburn records were incomplete b/c the State of Alabama "essentially seals" (their words) the records of "youthful [first time] offenders" age 18-20. Meanwhile there is no mention of Alabama the team - and what about Ohio State - when Urban Meyer was at Florida there were multiple problems. Needless to say this report is not complete at best and slanted at worst

As far as Pitt's Tyler Boyd, I have read that he blew below the legal limit of blood alcohol content but then he was underage and admitted to drinking so likely the problem is not too severe for his team. This was the source of my information:
