It seems as if recruiting in the Northeast picked up because Fran Brown is back.
A lot of the Northeast kids play multiple sports in High School.
They don't get the intensive training, that players in the South, Texas, and California do.
That's why Fran believes in measurables, he believes his staff can coach them up.
The raw material you can mold into the player you want.

Yeah it's the classic chicken or egg. I think it's probably a bit of both. CBA for example has 3 regional level / borderline national level prospects, it's been a long time since we've seen that. And thankfully we've landed them all.
