Everyone always blamed the OCs, Pariani, White, etc. But it was Grob who was forcing the philosophy and bringing in the guys to run his type of offense. It terrifies me to think me might try to fit square pegs into round holes again. Hickey is coming back and we are loaded at TB. We need to keep running the ball down defenses throats and if we don't, I'm afraid we won't be seeing our 3rd straight bowl game as we don't have enough pieces in place to change the offense yet.
