ESPN trio talks what was big on Saturday. Lunardi, aside from wearing an orange tie, was so very positive on the 'Cuse. Says were good a month ago, and good now...in fact; the best numbers in the country and better than KY and OSU...Dougie talked Kansas and Mizzou...and Katz was more general...but appears ND is getting love too insofar as making the dance.

Whatever 'Cuse lost due to Melo's sitting...has recovered and being called elite again...

ND has a decent resume. 3-4 vs. Top 25, 5-4 vs. Top 50, 7-6 vs. Top 100, pretty good SOS (high 30's). If the season ended now, they would probably be an 11-12 seed (maybe even a 13 play-in participant).
