I'm sure that's a jab at certain people on the board but I'm not sure I get it or what it has to do with the WVU - Clemson game?

that was a great win for us. for some reason SU really rattles geno smith and makes him sad.

but people jumped the gun thinking our system is better than their's.

we all saw that geno smith was so so prior to this year. now he throws for 330 ypg.

The one thing their system shows is that you don't have to have the prototype 6 foot 3 WRs to have an explosive college offense. Penn State was that same way in 2008 when their offense was dominant due to the 3 senior WRs, I don't think any were 6 foot.

Should be something helpful to schools (ahem...us), who can't always recruit the prototypes.

we need some play makers like Tavon Austin, guys with super speed who can make people miss and then get them in space with the ball. Until we can recruit those kind of athletes we're just going to be running in sand.

Geno I don't think is much better than RJ Anderson but with guys like Slaton, Devine, Austin, Buie; the speed shiftiness and ability to make people miss is unbelievable.

I was really convinced this game would happen to us. really a shame the rest of the year was so pitiful. 500 vs lsu is impressive

Well one good thing has come from this game. With WVU scoring 63 points, they have set a new Orange Bowl record for points by one team - knocking out Alabama who ran up 61 on us back in 1953. Nice not be be on the wrong side of a record score.
