They canceled a game with Florida State, so they now have only three OOC games. They already have an FCS team scheduled, so the only reason this would make sense is if they think they're going to be playing in the Big XII (nine conference games).

Hopefully SU can pick up FSU. SU already has one game to schedule and will need two if WVU leaves.

We gave Florida State a hell of a game at the Dome a few years ago. They aren't that great anymore, but certainly remain a great brand name opponent.

Other than the fact that Alabama, and every major program, has their schedule filled... you'd like Syracuse to play: Northwestern, @FSU, Alabama, and @Minnesota on top of that game against likely #1 USC in the New Meadowlands. Yeah, that's the ticket.

Fla st had a great recruiting class and they had a great one last year...eventually they will put it together. They will be real tough this year JMO
