Yes, Pitt would be their first choice and most WVU fans can't believe the backyard brawl annual game against Pitt has gone away and they expect it to come back at some point.  WVU fans hate Syracuse and Marvin Graves' game is the chief reason for that. WVU fans are still very bothered that the ACC wouldn't let them in and just about all of them would make a move right now if they could.  Geographically and rivalries both would benefit from the move to the ACC.  Their best case scenario really is the Big 12 getting torn apart by Oklahoma and Kansas going to the B1G or Oklahoma and Texas going to the Pac12 and WVU being brought in to the ACC.  If the Big 12 breaks apart and the ACC expanded by taking some of the Big 12, wouldn't you expect an offer first to Texas, then to WVU or both?  That is what I would expect.
