OP needs to get real. Not even a month ago these same coaches exposed a Clemson team that every analyst and media head had picked to win the ACC and many had said would win a chip. A team that anyone would say before this season was a top coach in the league and paid as one.

In CNY Most of these coaches have less than 20 games under their belt but have done more In Those 20 games than the last 4 coaching staffs combined. They’re gonna crap the bed every once in awhile and have the last few games for sure. I guess no one else here really is watching what’s happening around the league tho cuz we’re seeing coaches paid 10X with the 10X the payroll do worse.

Their strength is recruiting and you see a 5 star committing which I don’t even know how to explain to dum dums here what that means. To put the #’s behind it 96% of 5 star guys only go to the same 15 schools. Clemson is the only ACC team that even brought in a 5 star guy in 2025.  Previous coaches here would get a token visit here to say hi every once in awhile from a 4 star guy at best but usually just be getting 3 stars. I saw a line of Clemsons best players waiting to talk to Fran after the game in Death Valley and Penn St 4 star guys all the sudden putting SU on their list, that has never happened before in CNY.

I know the big picture goes out the window after a few losses but let’s not lose our heads here.
