A big part of Fran's job is getting players to come here that have not considered a program like Syracuse's in the last quarter century. He is doing that. Hopefully with experience will come wisdom and his coaching staff will evolve into really good coaches. Only time will tell. Like you, I don't expect perfection, just progress.
