I blame that entirely Nixon. Im sorry he just sucks as a play coach instead of adapting to players strengths and weaknesses for substitutions. How many times to we keep seeing Willis go up the middle for a bonus yard play. And by bonus, I mean anything but 1 or even, more likely negative. We keep running the same plays, no doubt the opposing has adapted and knows. And we are stupid none the less. Instead how about when we change out players we give them the opportunity to shine. Yeah that works well... They can be the scapegoats now. Let them be players, not robots, as that is what our offensive like coaches are calling plays on. Being a robot. Do this, do nothing else. Nixon is a horrible offensive like coach in my opinion and it has shown it hands down. He cannot and will not create new plays or planning no matter substitutions or injuries. It is just lets run the same play and shift the stupid WR’s to the other side for a Willis run up the middle, and well it is everyone else’s fault for a failure, and it bothers me that Fran won't comment. He hasn’t made any improvements for any passing/OLine blocking or even running plays at all this year. We had a gift last year with McCord, but this coach (Nxon) just sucks and needs to adapt to player strengths and weaknesses, and stop calling plays from his past ego winning personal wins and start working with players than calling textbook repeated plays.
