The point is he got us a good QB in Angeli, could have done better evaluating Collins obviously. But Fran clearly realized Collins wasn't great and took steps to rectify it by bringing in Angeli, but unfortunately he got hurt. We all know Cuse is/was in the bottom 3rd of Power 5 jobs. Come on.
