I hope so.  It would be a lot to ask for, especially for a team from the East, where wide open high scoring offenses are not as prevalent,. but it is much easier for QBs to roll up big numbers in recent years.
 
I think moving to the ACC will help.  They had 5 teams in the top 40 in passing offense last season.  The Big East had 1.  Don't think there is as much emphasis on defense in that conference.

TDs are going to be a challenge.  Only Kellen Moore, Colt Brennan and Ty Detmer have thrown for 120 TDs in their careers.  As best I can tell, as far as QBs from the East are concerned, only Chad Pennington (Marshall) has thrown for 100 or more TDs.  And I am not sure I even consider Marshall to be from the East.
