Might be 10 5stars, 50 4 stars, and 200 3 stars or whatever so the #55 tackle won't be a 4 star even if he's a superior prospect to the #20 LB. Doesn't matter if that particular position is loaded one year and barren the next. Essentially a 4 star in 2012 might not actually be as good as a 3 star in 2013 if the 2013 class has 4x as many elite prospects at said position. Looking at the old site it appears they give ~50 WR's 4 star or higher grades. The 5 stars might be given out as a total number across all positions like the top 50 overall? [/QUOTE]
