Now looking at someone else who has no coaching experience. One begins to wonder if one of his main goals is to hire someone who would not get as much credit as himself if things turnaround, and/or it's a hey look at me - I know how to pick a good coach who has no experience because Zen Master.

I think what he wants is a front guy with no experience who will do exactly what he says to do. I would be very willing to be the HC, be in contact with PJ via cell all during the game and make every move he wanted...and I'd settle for a very economical half mil salary.
