It's wide open in the #5-#50 range it feels.
But it seems like there could be less real national title contenders then normal, so maybe it's not wide open,

I liked Xavier earlier in the year, but they were overrated at #5... they had been lucky to beat ETSU and Depaul at home in the last few weeks.

True. This year is just crazy. No consistent play from anybody. There are teams with tons of talent like Arizona/Duke/MSU/Villanova but the consistency and focus is just not there, IMO. Should be a crazy tourney. Would not be surprised at all if you get a F4 of like Seton Hall/Xavier/Michigan St./West Virginia or any combination of teams, frankly.
