Plenty of guys "leave the program" for any number of reasons and under different circumstances.

He was great but I still go with Pat O'Neil - the best I ever saw on The Hill.

Obviously great. My favorite has always been Cooper Gardiner. To have to give up playing DB because of concussions, and then to work to become the starting punter (one with a hard nosed attitude) has just always impressed me.
