Nice cover. This is one of those magazines that'll be absolutely incredible to see 30-50 years down the road. Were I a Cuse fan, I'd pick one up and keep it in a safe spot.

Here's what I think of when I see that picture, and remember this past season.

Back when I first joined the board, in about 2001, we had a (I think) season-opening game at BYU. I think it's when Damien Rhodes was a freshman. And watching the game, I was despondent at how much more the BYU players seemed to want it. They played harder, ran harder, hit harder. This is freaking BYU we are talking about.

This past season, Jerome was a Force of Nature. I had the same feeling about him that I did a decade ago, except that now we had the effort on our side. Every time he made the corner on a run, it was through effort.

Give me 11 Jeromes on offense.
