This is kind of weird in 2 ways

1 - he wasn't with UGA on either signing day... so is this type of honor determined like as of 12/1?

2 - given that he's been at SU for 2+ months... does nothing he did here count?

He landed most of the top players committed to UGA, and KJ Bolden, who committed after he left. He still gets credit for those guys. Wiltfong also mentioned what he did at SU in landing Marcellus Barnes.

Not at all if he was the primary recruiter for the signees and obtained the commitment that was followed through on.

Yeah i get it. Mostly the timing of the honor is what's weird to me I guess. Much a do about nothing anyway. Very happy he's ours
