This defensive tape is gonna give opposing OC’s some concern.

They played so many guys. I saw 3rd string guys with 7 or 8 minutes left in the 2nd quarter. The defense is going to be deep. The O line played well after a while, but I'm still concerned. Shrader looked rusty, too, missed a few throws he would have hit last year.

This game has gone about as well as it possibly could have.

That doesn't mean that it was perfect execution, or that it was fully mistake free.

But we look great on both sides of the ball, and we're getting lots of subs extensive PT.

Best case scenario for a game like this.
