Not gonna happen... these guys get their jolly's by making the charge call. It just so much fun for them to blow their whistle repeatedly hop, hop, hop and FIRST DOWN!!!!!

You are correct but Hop is still an ass't and both he and the refs know it. He really can't work them right now.
