Along those same lines, back in 2003 when I worked for Ernst and Young consulting, I attended a three day corporate training seminar, and had to sit across the room facing a guy who's name was Anthony Carmelo. But since they did the table tents alphabetically, his was "Carmelo, Anthony"

I was the only one in the room who got a kick out of it.

Technically if he hyphenated it would be Mr. McNabb - Donavan. If he is taking her name, his goes first.
