If you're trying to get Jhamal recruited you are better off sending his film to the Syracuse coaching staff than posting it on this forum.

Keep it short, two or two and a half minutes tops, front load your video with all your best clips; don’t put a top highlight at the end coaches might not make it that far

I watched his midseason highlights...hard hitter, wraps up his tackles, and looks like he has good cover skills. If he is 6'2" 180 with 4.55 speed, then great measurements for a CB, but Safety/Rover could be a good fit, too.
