Rutgers fans are just as clueless when it comes to lacrosse as they are with fball and bball.

lol - as if there were any doubt at all.

Knight Owl is the only one over there who has any hint of a clue.

They talk about selection committee bias like the hoops board talks about Gottleib.

Gotta love it! They believe the B1G has four bids locked up while the Ivy and ACC each get two. The ACC should get 3and the Ivy should get three.

It's amazing how their one quality win makes all losses disappear in their minds while Syracuse' 7 quality wins mean nothing and all four losses to tourney quality teams are not a factor - in their minds. No wonder they see conspiracy and old-boy networks wherever they look.

Maryland of course beat Rutgers this weekend. It looks like the Scarlet Knights won't make the NCAA tournament, and might not even qualify for the B1G tournament.

Rutgers lax at No. 1 Maryland: Critical for NCAA Tournament hopes?

They still stink. Their best players are all seniors. This was it; their dream season when it was all going to turn around.

On the postive side, they will always have a near national championship in fencing (they tied with Army in 1949).

Don't forget their 1869 soccer championship!

Formulas are convoluted and difficult to understand for most including myself. Cuse fan but our play is not consistent with a #4 in nation. Big Ten has several good teams, be a shame if Rutgers not in tourney along with Maryland and JHU. Sutomcat is correct, this is Rutgers swan song for awhile as its senior laden and very likely to fall back next year perhaps hard.

They barely avoided having to vacate their lone Big East football league title (that they shared with us and Louisville in 2012)
