All head coaches do in some way or another. I’m just trying to figure out how people are determining when it’s has a good or bad impact on the team.
When you look at the teams record

Money I normally agree with almost all of your takes…

It was clear that Dino was interfering with the game plans as we cycled through OCs but every single OC ran the same plays, had the same execution etc.

The final game we did things Dino told us all season we couldn’t do because we didn’t have the depth, or the players etc

I hate to say it, but it does look like that Dino caused more harm than good on the offense….

I do understand that a HC is going to over see everything but it was clear that Dino needed to let go of the reigns a bit and let the OCs do their job
Wait when did I say he didnt interfere? Im lost. There is no way you can identify the exact moments he caused more harm than good. Are you saying when they did well it was because of his involvement too?

Yeah Dino told them not to throw the ball down field. Thats the reason they lost.
So he didn’t interfere ?!?

And sorry I was overly confrontational. It’s just sportsball

My bad

Not sure you are catching on. Its not a matter of did he interfere. We all know he did. Im asking if you know when he did?
Of course not, but after 8 years, a .250 winning percentage in conference, either he interfered too much, or the OCs he hired sucked.

Either way he leaves SU as a LOSER

Yes and either way you still dont know when he did. Thats my point.

No one could possibly know when, except we know when Lynch Was OC after Lewis left Eric didn't like the offensive calls, because he has said so.
And Dino implied that Eric went off script as a senior.

I’ve seen it posted many times on this board that Dungey changed plays in 2018.

Would love to know if this revelation developed like “Dan Mullen as our top coaching candidate” or this was genuinely true.

Not trying to impugn any insiders, just curious how accurate this is.

Beck with no QB who could throw really didnt have much to work with.. From day 1 this yr you could see Shrader had arm issues.
Villari can throw the ball.

The point is he did. Good or bad The won lost record was horrible.

Because Nunzio said it was Beck who implemented the new offense after the Wake Forest game.
Dino became Paranoid about everything the last few years.
I would beg to differ

notice how we threw the ball down field last week. Same players, No Dildo Babers
That is an evil and repulsive statement, How about not even knowing if he was going to be available prior to the start of the game, let alone his arm feeling better? Do you do not think he would've been utilized in passing game to a greater degree in the Pittsburgh game as well as Georgia Tech. This team was in desperation mode and they fought valiantly for themselves as well as CDB, and the entire coaching staff. Warts and all, with multiple Band-Aids. You must not have medical acumen, you certainly do not have RESPECT for goodness. As I have stated the next coach is going to have a lot more than Dino ever dreamed. We trust for a great staff for this young gentleman. We welcome you Coach Brown, may you state true to your heart Mission. I have heard of this board prior to coach Baber's firing that they missed his bravado of the first 2-3 years, I completely agree, he changed, may be he got shellshocked because of the injuries and he knew he had to adapt. Especially on offense with so many recruiting misses and injuries. He could not hang his defense out to dry. Injury risk, those kinds of concerns, he certainly had. Almost like a dad. I could comment on this so much. I trust CFB is able to build depth and play Northeast football with Southern speed, go Orange.

When it results in a win, it's a good thing.
