Gobblers Knob was my nickname for St Johnsville NY when i worked there many moons ago. had an apartment in little falls ( dined frequently at the italian feast and asteroga house.) sat high up in the hills overlooking the thruway and was always foggy every morning. used to pass a marker and then count to ten to know when your turn was coming up. big castle like place burned down but i forget it's name.

Beardslee Castle. It's back up and running these days as a restaurant.
