Need Technical fantasy Baseball Help ASAP!

I admit it. I'm a techie nenderthal. Anyway, I'm out of town for our daughter's graduation. I made a point of taking the website name for our fantasy league with me. However, I can't remember my log in or password, and I can't access our league page on my wife's laptop (yes, I signed her out and signed me in). So, I can't change my lineup, etc.

I will give the first person who helps me the opportunity to rip me off via trade. Please help! I'm jonesin' here...
