Sounds like Hermann is already at Texas and Jimbo (wisely) said, "Thanks, no thanks".

Good move for them as they could get Coach O at a reasonable price while they payoff Miles' contract.

Give him 3 years and if things aren't great then they have full ammo to compete with the bidding wars for the new coach of the week.

Eddy O + a good OC = excellent coaching staff

That combo was my pick. I think that Dino is good, but Eddy + OC will be dangerous.
