If the rules remain the same that guys can only transfer once (and they actually enforce it), I'm ready to basically go full portal.

Ncaa will not enforce it. Kids will ask for waivers and they will be granted. Especially for qbs and schools the ncaa wants to succeed.

There was a situation this year where qb transferred from Florida to Kentucky then to ucf. Thought I read he was granted immediate eligibility.
