We have most of the O-line returning, a future NFL WR, a future NFL RB who has great hands, depth, size and speed at WR. Seems like a great situation for any top level QB to come in and have a top offense in the country, much like before the injuries this year. Thoughts?

These things are a reach right now. The Oline was not good overall. Our star WR may return but the rest of the unit wouldn’t excite a potential NFL QB looking to put up big numbers, and the RB may or may not return but the backup RB’s weren’t allowed to show a lot this year.

Well statistically, the OL didn't give up many sacks in the last 3 or 4 games and everybody is back.

I am 100% not trying to be negative. Our O-line stinks. We need some upgrades

That the OL is returning may not be a selling point.
You're talking about our team?
Peña was out this year as well, Gadsden, Peña, Alford, Brown, Hatcher, Villari, Gill is a good Base. Line had two starters down with injury. I think we have plenty of talent if we backfill with depth and get a QB who can run/pass.

Can’t get sacked if you’re running the ball 90% of your plays. And gotta look at level of competition as well. If we’re being fair.

Got to use the numbers your advantage qdawgg. Make stats skew your way to SUccess.

While the Oline had sack issues, it's the run blocking that until the last few weeks that was too poor..

Sacks are harder to get a handle on because we don't know if the read and throws were right or the routes were correct, what we do know is that we have a history of QBs not progressing and/or bailing on plays.

We need to start with better pass protection. I appreciate all the hard work of our Oline this year but let’s be real.

Sam Hartman got somewhere in range of 1-1.5 million for 1 year at ND. Cuse would have to pay that plus some to get the same quality QB unless there was a Koda Martin type situation.

Then they need help on the oline, a stud WR, and many DL. That’s lots of NIL.

You aren't selling, you're buying. That's the reality. Fans really need to understand you can't shop at Louis Vuitton with a Marshall's credit account.

Dig into the FCS or another retread at a P5 who is on the bench (usually for reason) and see if you can pull one or two and let them compete and hopefully one blossoms.

The numbers in NIL are real and we are outgunned by probably 10-1 against the power schools.

Hard to give up a sack when you don’t throw or when you do it’s a one step drop and throw a bubble screen.

Current top 10. Should probably grab 2 on this list. I’ll let Fran know

Article actually mentions Brosmer as a Cuse fit
Only missing projected price tags, e.g. Brosmer would be a steal for Syracuse at $500k.
