I don't think he needs a parental signature, as that is for the LOI, which he cannot sign now. All he can sign now is the scholarship/financial aid portion.

There are quite a few betting possibilities here:
- Over/Under on what number day he commits? Who am I?
- Day of the week? What color is the sky in TT's world?
- Time of day? Is his mom an early riser or late bloomer?
- Which school? We're talking college still, right?
- How does he announce? Again, who am I?
- Does he set a day and time to announce or just announces? To be determined by a player to be named later - and no, not a mystery man and to be honest, I'm kinda winging it so please don't take this seriously.
- What month? What did I win?
