BeeJay Anya, Team Takeover: The imminent hiring of Kenny Johnson should further aid Indiana’s pursuit of the DeMatha big man, who averaged 7.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.4 blocks per game as Takeover finished the weekend 3-2. After speaking with Anya, Clint Jackson of the Duke and UNC Rivals sites tweeted that he believed the Hoosiers were strong with the DeMatha big man.

Herzog:I’ll say this: Between the Fine accusations; the way Boeheim came off initially in defending a friend and then having to apologize; the Melo academic issue (he clearly wasn’t going to class and that’s probably why the school was forced to make him ineligible); and the report of possible unreported drug use among players (during an era that covers even the 2003 national championship team), it was not a good off-the-court year for Syracuse. And that doesn’t even get into Waiters leaving (a 6th man turning pro after his sophomore year!), the football team slipping and the lacrosse team having one of its worse years in recent memory.

And Fans don't think this won't cause recruiting problems for years to come? What a lousy public relations Group at Su.

Nice article about Etan, but why are they saying he is still playing for Atlanta?
