How can a ref rule anything a catch without going to the booth? Because you need to keep the game moving so you trust their decision. You could review every single catch to be sure, but this time they reviewed it and couldn’t over turn it.

If this was Syracuse, everyone would be applauding the call.

Hardly... id say we got away with one. The ruling on field was ridiculous. The ref on field had no reason to call it a TD. Reciever never controlled ball... never got up with the ball... there is no reason he should have deemed that a TD. He is either blind or just biased towards Wake. There was zero evidence the ball was ever posessed. Then replay not overturning it is more ridiculous as it was clear all was loose entire time
