Typical summer day for Kevin Rice and Dylan Donahue: 11:30 am - Lift Afternoon - Shoot Night - Field lax 2 days a week, box 2 days a week.
Staats on visible shot clock: "Not a big change for me. In box there's a 30-second clock throughout. I'm always keeping an eye on it."
Coach Desko on Rice: "We knew we had a competitor. He's been a go-to guy. He can dodge his defender and he sees the open field well, too."
More from Desko: "Visual shot clock relieves a lot of confusion. Players can look up and see how much time is left, coaches too."
