Not for nothing, but if you remove last year, we would be 1-17 in our last 18 games with any variable.

Without Double checking, I'm pretty sure that from 2004 through 2009, Syracuse was:

1-17 in games played in the Central Time zone
1-17 in games played in front of 40,000+ fans
1-17 in games against teams with blue uniforms
1-17 in games against teams whose QB's first name began with a vowel
1-17 in games against teams with a non-human mammals for a mascot
1-17 in games played with at least 15 rabbis in attendance
1-17 in games played the day after a Brad Pitt or Matt Damon movie opened
1-17 in games against teams not named Rutgers or Louisville
1-17 in games in games against teams we would've waxed in the 1990's
1-17 in games against teams that had marching bands with skinny tuba players

And the list goes on and on...

For the record, I'm totally being sarcastic - so no need to point out that we beat teams with blue unis or won at ND in front of 80,000+
