I honestly think that is the last place they would add an assistant. They just added Kramer Cook and Dave Boller. I think they have the recruiters they need.

I respectfully disagree, but in the sense that recruiting is one area where you can always have more resources.

What I had in mind when originally posting was an assistant in the vein of Nick Monroe, a solid position coach who is an excellent recruiter. I still firmly believe that the hiring of Chris Beatty was one of Dino's best moves. Subsequently losing him, especially as quickly as we did, was a big blow.
