Nice. I spent a winter up the road in Bozeman. Gallatin Gateway is pretty sweet.

we spent most of july there, fell in love
we often look at real estate when we vacation, but this is the first time we've ever made an offer, let alone gone into escrow
we get inspection report sometime this week. since our son's school is not going to reopen for face to face, we might head up there through the end of the year (at least)
