Excellent article and shows the importance of having Eric White as part of our support staff. This is why spending on the support staffs at these schools is becoming just as important and the facilities arms race. I think I read Bama has 20 additional coaches on their support staff, and most of the $EC has at least 10. Guys like Hicks, White, Dial, and Gould are invaluable to the program.
