We need an AD with a brain in his head who has some kind of vision for what he wants the program to be. Gross doesn't have it. He's a child.
Marrone puts together a binder and everyone loses their mind - THIS GUY HAS THOUGHT ABOUT THIS STUFF! YES! He might've been naive but at least he gave it a shot. We need an AD to do this work and hire accordingly.
