2013 Maui official

Gonzaga and Baylor are solid top 25 teams we will have to hope Minnesota, California, Arkansas and Dayton are better in 2 years. I think Arkansas will get good soon with Mike Anderson hopefully they are top 25 in 2 years.

There's a full season to go before this tourney takes place. I wouldn't necessarily judge the teams based on their performance from this season.

sorry Poppy...didnt see that you posted it. I agree, pretty weak field

I look forward to December 2013 when I won't have to hear or read about how Syracuse is not leaving state of NY, or the northeast for that matter, until mid-January.

unless they play chaminade, its just a neutral site game.

one where there will likely be more Orange in the stands than any other team.

Update: Hawaii now included in Tri State area.

Baylor and Gonzaga will be top 15-25 (or better) teams for the next 2 years.

Cal and Arkansas are up and coming and will be borderline top 25 teams.

The names aren't exactly attention grabbing, but the competition should be good. Will be a nice tourney to win.

Covering themselves by not inviting any Big East or ACC teams since they're not sure where SU will be. Pretty weak field.

I'm going. Actually what I mean to say is I will be able to attend "some games" while my wife sits on the beach.
