I was thinking about the idea that while the football team doesn't recruit NJ that much, we seem to always get quality LAX talent out of that state! Nice to see that trend is continuing...

After the monster 2013 class, there was no way the 2014 class was going to equal it in size or stars/rankings. That being said its still a very good class and 2015 is allready looking like a monster.

NLI Signing Period '13: ACC Signing Analysis

SYRACUSE
This is a top-heavy class that I'm not entirely sold on yet aside from the top talent, but they still have plenty of time left to raise their collective stock. Voigt just flat out puts the ball in the back of the net, a skill that will get him PT right off the bat after the graduation of Derek Maltz. McKinney is a speedy middie with an absolute cannon, while Ferguson is also someone who will make a strong impact. Fusco's great defensively and Callahan, a Florida native, is a big and confident keeper with a ton of strengths.

Nice pick-up for the Orange.

@ILPreps: Watchlist sophomore Logan Wisnauskas, A, Boys' Latin (Md.) to Syracuse. Big lefty for the Crabs & first Laker to pledge to the Orange since 2002.

Boys Latin is a Baltimore area school which competes in the toughest (arguably) league (MIAA) in the nation. Brian Nee and John Glatzel both attended Boy Latin.

Brad McKinney sits with his family and athletic director Michael Lennox at Watertown High School Thursday when he signed a letter of intent to play lacrosse at Syracuse University.

Nee and Glatzel were both great players too! ACC payoff? Getting back into MD?

A Thorpe and a Bomberry, and (selfishly) a kid from Tully, that's pretty sweet.

I cant see Thorpe being there next year, hes at OCC and they like them to be there for 2 years.
